Jill Krystofinski Mantell, DNAP, CRNA, is a board-certified nurse anesthetist with more than 40 years of healthcare experience, including 22 years as a practicing CRNA and 19 years in critical care nursing (CCRN). She is the founder of CRNA Expert Consultation Services LLC, providing expert witness services in standards of care for nurse anesthesiologists (CRNAs).
Her expertise includes anesthesiology, case review, and pre-, peri-, and post-operative care. Her clinical and academic knowledge spans across a wide range of surgical specialties, including but not limited to bariatric, burn, robotic, transplant, neurological, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, and urologic procedures. She has been deposed in multiple cases, offering impartial, objective, and ethical consultation with clear, well-documented reports.
In addition to her clinical and legal expertise, Jill serves as adjunct faculty for nurse anesthesia programs and is a frequent national and international lecturer. She remains actively engaged in research, protocol development, and professional education. Licensed in multiple states, she is dedicated to providing timely, effective communication that supports courts, hospitals, and academic institutions in addressing complex anesthesia-related issues.
